The flotation machine features a circular cross-section with a conical bottom. This design improves air dispersion and pulp surface stability, enhances pulp flowability, and prevents settling.

The circular tank design ensures uniform stress distribution, preventing stress concentration and effectively reducing material usage and overall equipment weight.

Each tank contains two circular foam tanks and one foam cone, shortening the foam transport distance and minimizing localized foam stagnation.

The flotation machine's main shaft is constructed from thick-walled tubing. The portion of the main shaft in contact with the pulp surface is fitted with a 5mm thick, acid-, oil-, and wear-resistant rubber protective sleeve, significantly extending the shaft's service life.

The mid- and tailings boxes utilize a double-cone valve structure and a pneumatic adjustment device, effectively improving the accuracy and reliability of liquid level control.

The system employs a backward-curved, high-specific-speed centrifugal impeller, resulting in high flow rate and low head. A low-damping, direct-suspension stator transforms the rotating mineral flow into a radial flow, increasing the slurry flow area and reducing slurry circulation resistance and power loss.

All pulleys are tapered sleeve type, facilitating on-site maintenance and replacement.

A fully enclosed protective cover ensures on-site safety.

All flotation tank plates and connecting holes are cut using a fully automatic CNC laser cutting machine, resulting in smooth, near-zero deformation cuts and tight connections between the tank and the feed box, intermediate box, and tailings box, with gaps not exceeding 3mm.

Welding of the flotation tank is performed using a dedicated welding platform and fully automatic welding equipment. After welding, the tank is calibrated using an infrared level calibrator, ensuring the parallelism error between the tank and the foam overflow weir is within ±5mm per meter.

The tank uses bolt connections instead of welding, transferring a significant amount of on-site welding work to the factory, effectively avoiding the harsh environment of on-site construction.

Using bolted connections instead of welding for the tank body helps to shorten the on-site operation cycle, reduce labor intensity, ensure better control of product quality, make equipment installation and maintenance more convenient, and ensure that there is no harm to the environment during the installation process.
