Following the successful execution of the client's 1,500 tpd expansion EPC project for the secondary processing plant in 2024, Xinhai Mining Equipment has once again secured the contract for the technical upgrade of both primary and secondary processing plant systems. Leveraging its exceptional technical expertise and project execution capabilities, Xinhai will deliver an integrated solution combining mineral processing technology and civil engineering under a ‘small EPC’ model. This further demonstrates the client's recognition and trust in Xinhai's comprehensive service capabilities.
This project encompasses the technical upgrade of the concentrate dewatering workshop at the 700tpd primary processing plant and the construction of an intelligent waste-discarding mineral washing water treatment system at the 3000tpd secondary processing plant. Specific components include:
Upgrading the primary plant's dewatering system: Constructing a new φ12m thickener and concentrate dewatering workshop, alongside expanding the concentrate storage silo to effectively enhance concentrate processing capacity and dewatering efficiency;
Second Concentrator Water Treatment Integration: Implementing intelligent separation and fine slime disposal projects to enhance water resource recycling and waste material resource utilisation.
As a critical project phase, civil works commenced in late June 2025 with 18 construction personnel deployed, targeting full completion by late November 2025. XinHai possesses the following civil engineering advantages:
