This combination allows for precise control of grinding fineness, effectively separating fine-grained manganese minerals from gangue impurities, adapting to the separation requirements of fine-grained disseminated manganese ore, effectively improving the separation efficiency of subsequent equipment, and avoiding resource loss caused by over- or under-grinding.

Separation equipment is the core equipment for manganese ore upgrading, mainly divided into two categories: gravity separation and magnetic separation. Gravity separation equipment such as jigs and shaking tables are suitable for separating coarse and medium-grained oxide manganese ore, offering advantages such as large processing capacity, low energy consumption, and no reagent pollution, making them suitable for large-scale roughing operations. Vertical ring high-gradient magnetic separators are the core equipment for fine-grained manganese ore beneficiation. Utilizing the weak magnetic properties of manganese minerals, they capture fine-grained manganese minerals through a high-gradient magnetic field, effectively removing gangue impurities, solving the problems of material blockage and low recovery rate in traditional equipment, and significantly improving the utilization rate of low-grade manganese ore. For complex manganese carbonate ores, flotation equipment can be used to achieve iron and sulfur removal and purification.
